The no-questions refund

Changed your mind? Email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. This is once per channel: the same channel, email address or card cannot use it twice. On a yearly plan you can also have a full refund within 14 days of each renewal.

After 14 days

Cancel any time at clickvitals.uk/account or by email. That stops the next renewal; you are not charged again and checks continue until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it.

Chargebacks

Please email us first; we answer refund requests within two working days. A payment reversed through your bank ends the subscription.
