Who we are

ClickVitals is a trading name of Harikrishnan Unnikrishnan, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Our postal address is 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom. Email support@clickvitals.uk. These terms are the agreement between us and you when you subscribe.

Where we sell

We sell to creators in the United States only. If you subscribe from anywhere else we will refund you in full and end the subscription.

What you get

Once a week we read the public description of every video on one YouTube channel, up to 1,000 videos, follow every link in them to where it lands, and email you what we find: dead links, links whose affiliate tag is lost, and links a shop would not let us check. We never ask for access to your YouTube account and never change anything on your channel. One subscription covers the one channel you name at checkout.

ClickVitals uses YouTube API Services. By using ClickVitals you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. ClickVitals is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars, plus any sales tax we are required to charge where you live. Monthly: 20 a month. Yearly: 216 a year. Loyalty: 25 a month for your first subscription only, falling by 4% of the previous year’s price on each anniversary while you stay subscribed, never below 15 a month. Loyalty costs more than the monthly plan at first; it is under 20 a month from year 7. If you cancel, you can come back on the monthly or yearly plan but not on loyalty. If we ever change the price you pay, we email you 7 to 30 days before the new price is charged, and you can cancel before then.

Automatic renewal

Your plan renews automatically every month or every year, and we charge the card you subscribed with, until you cancel. On a yearly plan we email you 30 to 40 days before each renewal. On a monthly plan we email you a reminder every six months.

Cancelling

Cancel any time online at clickvitals.uk/account, linked from every email we send, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you are not charged again, and checks continue until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

A full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked, once per channel, and within 14 days of each yearly renewal. The details are on our refunds page.

Estimates

Dollar amounts we show for lost revenue are estimates from public view counts and the assumptions we state next to them. They are not a measurement of your earnings, not a promise of what fixing a link will earn, and not financial advice.

How far we are responsible

We check every finding we report, but links change after we check them, and some shops refuse automated checks; we say so when that happens. We are not responsible for sales you lose through a link we did not report, or for decisions you make on our estimates. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending the service

If a payment is reversed through your bank (a chargeback), or the service is used to abuse the refund policy, we may end the subscription and decline future ones. If we stop offering ClickVitals, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before and refund any period you have paid for and will not receive.

Changes and law

If we change these terms we will email subscribers before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
